Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Medical Consent I allow emergency treatment for my child at Kre8 Club if I cannot be reached in time. I also give consent for my child to receive medical, surgical, and hospital care by a licensed professional if needed. In case of an emergency, I authorize transportation by ambulance or aid car to an emergency center. Payment Procedures All payments for tuition and drop-in care must be made before the first day of care. If my child is not picked up on time, a $1 per minute late fee will apply. Building Access We prioritize your child’s safety and our security. Only parents, guardians, and authorized individuals can enter our home. To ensure this, the door will remain locked during hours. Please ring the doorbell when you arrive. Clothing Please dress your child in safe play clothes and no open toed or skid shoes. Kids will work on arts and sensory daily. We will do our best to keep them clean, but we cannot guarantee that clothes or personal items will not get stained. Snacks Kre8 Club provides snacks based on care hours. Since we are a peanut-free facility, please inform us of any allergies your child has. Please provide a refillable water bottle for your child. Teacher Qualifications At Kre8 Club, we hire teachers dedicated to Early Childhood Education. All employees meet DCYF educational requirements, complete a Portable Background Check, Negative TB test, maintain CPR and First Aid training, and undergo ongoing professional development. Supervision & Rules We encourage children to be creative and learn from natural consequences. We help children understand the outcomes of their actions and guide them in resolving conflicts. Discipline/Harmful Behavior/Incident Policy Kre8 Club aims to foster positive behavior without excessive intervention. Our teachers promote cooperation and self-discipline. To reduce discipline issues, teachers will explain rules, model good behavior, give choices, and set clear limits with logical consequences. Physical restraint may only be used to prevent harm to the child or others. Parents will be informed about any incidents at pickup. Children who repeatedly break rules or threaten safety may be withdrawn from the program. Hold Harmless If any family hires a Kre8 Club employee or volunteer for private services, the family agrees to defend and indemnify Kre8 Club.
